Tom, how delightful it was to have met you and your friend, Einstein. I was helping with the petting zoo and was unable to watch your demonstration to a surprisingly small audience. However, you were most gracious to entertain our questions outside the arena. I had won a beautiful paint filly last October. I had purchased 4 raffle tickets for this horse as a "joke" for my daughter who wanted a horse this past summer for her birthday...and I won this beautiful animal! I WON A HORSE??? What was I gonna do. When I learned that the registered name from this 7 month old girl from South Dakota was " Birthday Wishes " I decided to keep her. My knowledge of horsemanship was limited to some riding when I was in grade school in 1959. I learned about Monty Roberts and began reading and listening to his material. Then I met you...how appreciative I am for your firm but gentle partnership with these noble animals. I carry "Kodak" moments with me of that day in Sulphur, La. with the way Einstein responded to a remarkable man. Thanks.
